Almost certainly yes. Little Ninjas is built specifically for 3 and 4 year olds, with age-appropriate movement, listening skills and following directions, taught in a playful way that keeps them excited to come back.

That is the main reason parents enroll at this age. We start with short, simple drills that build attention span, listening and impulse control. Most parents notice it at home and at preschool within the first month.

What if my child is shy or nervous to join?

Completely normal — a lot of Little Ninjas start out clinging to a parent's leg. Our instructors coax rather than push, build trust, and make a big deal out of small wins. Within a few classes most kids run onto the mat.

Is it safe for children this young?

Yes. Soft mats, low-impact exercises and closely supervised activities. There is no sparring and no contact at this age — the goal is coordination, confidence and listening.

How long is a Little Ninjas class?

Thirty minutes, which is exactly as long as a three year old can stay engaged. It is deliberately short.

Do I stay and watch?

Yes. Parents are welcome to watch every class, and in the early weeks it helps.

The opposite, and this is the point Sensei Perez makes to every new family: we teach a child how to avoid a fight, not how to pick one. Discipline and self-control are the curriculum. Confident kids do not need to prove anything.

This is the single most common reason kids join, and the program is built for it. Structure, clear expectations and immediate feedback give that energy somewhere useful to go.

Tae Kwon Do gives you the kicking, footwork and traditional discipline. Krav Maga is the self-defense framework: escaping grabs and chokes and getting away safely. Muay Thai is the close-range striking and the conditioning engine. The adult program blends all three.
